Great place to work – but what do the employees say?
Employer branding videos are usually full of claims about how wonderful the workplace is. And if they feature actual employees, it often feels like they are reading from a script. When we were asked by the Ministry of Immigration and Integration (UIM) to be in charge of a recruitment drive, we developed the concept “UIM Fact Check”, where employees react spontaneously to buzzwords about the employer without knowing any of the questions beforehand. The objective was to create a more credible communication, and it resulted in a series of five videos plus SoMe teaser material.
