What happens, when I need to have performed a gastroscopy in local anaesthesia? And how will my gall bladder operation actually take place? Together with the surgical unit at University Hospital Zealand we analyzed the main questions and concerns among patients and transformed them into “Watch your procedure on video” – before, during and after treatment. Videos are sent to patients electronically together with the written information material, and the result has been a better and more concise dialogue between patient and hospital.
